Andri Pangalou

Born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus, she specialized in economics and graduated from the European University in Nicosia. She began her professional career in 2002 at the Athena High Technology Incubator in Nicosia, where she worked closely with the government and EU institutions, gaining a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate administration. She then joined Cyproman Services Limited in 2004, where she has been instrumental in managing the legal and corporate affairs of its diverse international client portfolio. Her responsibilities cover corporate governance, statutory obligations, liaising with the government and regulators of Cyprus, as well as with international institutions. Her expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments has contributed to the establishment and ongoing management of numerous corporate structures. Since 2012, she has served as a member of EMMA Group’s statutory bodies, where she contributes to the Group’s corporate governance and strategic oversight.
