Marek Doseděl

A native of Prague, where he studied at Charles University’s Law Faculty. He began his professional career in 2011 at the international law firm White & Case, where he focused primarily on competition law and regulation of gaming, healthcare and banking. He is an attorney-at-law registered with the Czech Bar Association. He has been cooperating with EMMA Group since 2017 as its counsel focusing primarily on new acquisitions. In his role, he has been involved in, among others, EMMA Capital’s entry into the logistics sector, where he played a key role in the acquisition of Packeta and Mailstep, and in the development of Box Now Group. He also worked on the acquisition of Croatian and Greek marinas for the Marina 21 Group, on the listing of Premier Energy Group shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, and, since 2019, on all major EMMA Group transactions in the gaming sector. Within this sector, he is also responsible for the operations of Romanian gaming group Get’s Bet. He became a partner of EMMA Capital in 2023.
