Michal Brezani

Born in Žilina, he successfully completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Management at Comenius University in Bratislava. During his studies, he gained experience at several notable companies: the insurance company Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the Slovak software firm SoftPoint, and the multinational consulting and auditing giant Deloitte. After graduating from university, he worked as a consultant at EY. There, he participated in valuation projects in Central and Eastern Europe for a number of prominent clients, among them ČEZ, Penta, PPF, and J&T. He then joined the innovative Czech analytics company SpaceKnow, which processes satellite imagery for economic and defence purposes. There, he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, as well as for standardizing financial processes across the entire company. He joined EMMA Capital Group in 2026.
