Radka Hudcová

Born in Pilsen. She graduated from Charles University’s Law Faculty in Prague. As part of her studies she spent a semester abroad at Paris Lodron University of Salzburg. Between 2011 and 2017, she worked at the international law firm White & Case, where she specialized in banking and finance law, primarily in syndicated bank loans. She is an attorney-at-law registered with the Czech Bar Association. In 2023 she was also admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales. She has been cooperating with EMMA Group since September 2017 and has been involved in a number of its significant projects, among them: the Group’s entry into the healthcare distribution sector, the acquisition of Moldovan energy companies, and the purchase of a majority stake in FAVI. She also played a significant role in the issuance of EMMA Capital bonds and is involved in securing financing for both EMMA Capital’s individual holding companies and for new acquisitions.
