Box Now: Record results at the end of the year

The Box Now Group, which provides courier services for parcels ordered from online stores via APMs (Automated Parcel Machines), achieved record volumes and revenues at the end of 2025. This past December, it delivered 5.4 million packages to its customers, which is more than double the number delivered in the previous year – representing a 130% increase.

The total number of shipments delivered to customers in 2025 rose to 44 million. This is also the highest number in the group’s history by far.

EMMA Capital partner Tomáš Kočka commented: “Over the past year, Box Now has grown its market share significantly in all countries where the group operates. At the same time, even before the final closing of the 2025 accounts, we can already state that the group achieved an operating profit in the millions of euros this year.”

Box Now also announced a dramatic increase in the number of its Automated Parcel Machines. By the end of 2025, it was operating 4,100 APMs, representing a year-on-year increase of 50%. This brings its daily capacity to up to 360,000 parcels per day.

In Croatia, the group has also successfully opened a next-generation warehouse with an automated sorting line.

“This is a modern, fully automated operation that enables the processing of up to 14,000 parcels per hour. In other words, it is capable of dispatching 3-4 shipments every second,” adds Tomáš Kočka.

Box Now was founded in 2021 by EMMA Capital, which currently holds an 87.5% stake in the company. The remaining minority stake belongs to the Greek investment fund PCP (Public Capital Partners).
