Overview

TipTorro was established in 2015 and holds licenses for online and retail sports betting in Germany. Its branch network consists of about 120 locations and is still growing. All branches are operated as franchises, with most of them - approximately 70% - concentrated in the state of Baden-Württemberg. Both the branch operations and the entire online section run on TipTorro's own, in-house sports-betting platform.

EMMA Capital Group entered TipTorro in 2022 by buying a 60% stake. The remainder is still held by the company’s founder, Ertan Öksüz.
