Overview

TipTorro was established in 2015 and holds licenses for online and retail sports betting in Germany. Its branch network consists of about 260 locations and is still growing. The branches are located in all federal states, although the majority are concentrated in Baden-Württemberg. Both the branch operations and the entire online section run on TipTorro's own, in-house sports-betting platform. By virtue of a license issued by the German regulator, TipTorro also launched its own online casino in 2023.

EMMA Capital Group entered TipTorro in 2022 by buying a 60% stake. The remainder is still held by the company’s founder, Ertan Öksüz.
