Martin Ždímal becomes new CEO of RIXO.cz

 

Martin Ždímal has become the Chief Executive Officer CEO of the online insurance company RIXO.cz, effective November 1st. The current head of the product and technology department of RIXO.cz will take over the CEO role from Pavel Krbec.

 

Martin Ždímal (40) has a long history at RIXO.cz. He was involved in the company’s founding and is largely the author of its philosophy - i.e. comparing customers’ insurance policies free of charge and offering the most advantageous option in terms of price and breadth of insurance coverage. Before joining RIXO.cz, he worked successfully at Česká pojišt'ovna, Generali and PPF.

“I very much appreciate the offer to become CEO,” said Martin Ždímal on his appointment. “RIXO.cz is very much a cause that is dear to me, and I am convinced that it has promising prospects for further development.”

Tomáš Kočka, partner of EMMA Capital Group, which is the 100% owner of RIXO.cz, adds: “From our point of view, Martin Ždímal is the ideal person to lead RIXO. He founded the service, he knows it inside out, and we always anticipated that he would one day lead the company as CEO.”

Martin Ždímal takes up his new position, with all its responsibilities, immediately.
